The Winterhalter UC-L is the tall undercounter warewasher in the UC range, taking the same 500 x 500 mm rack as the UC-M on a 404 mm clear entry height so it washes taller items without a bigger footprint.

- VarioPower adjustable wash pressure, and elliptical quick-release wash fields top and bottom
- Quadruple filtration with a clouding sensor that decides when the tank water needs changing
- Connected Wash digital connectivity fitted as standard
- Rinse water consumption 2 litres per cycle; tank capacity 15.3 litres
- Cycle times 60, 90 and 180 seconds, adjustable
- Noise emission 55 dB(A)
- Supplied with a 15 amp plug and lead, 1 m water and waste hoses, a 500 x 500 mm flat rack and a 500 x 500 mm plate rack
- UC-L Energy: Integrated air-exhaust heat recovery, for lower running costs and a cooler, drier kitchen. The recovery module makes it taller than the standard UC-L - 940 mm against 855 mm - so check the bench clearance.
