Pitco

Pitco have been building fryers in the United States since J. C. Pitman and Sons invented the Frialator in 1918, and the name has been shorthand for commercial frying ever since. The range covers gas and electric floor-standing fryers, benchtop models, oil filtration and management, dump stations and the Crisp'N'Hold holding station. Solstice burner technology and stainless steel baffles give the fast heat-up and quick recovery a busy fryer station lives on, and every Pitco appliance is supplied in Australia by Middleby Australia with a 12 month parts and labour warranty and five years of parts availability.
