Mercury

Mercury is Middleby Australia's straightforward range of heavy-duty gas cooking equipment: static oven ranges, char broilers, griddles and cooktops built on the same module as the rest of a commercial suite. The specification is deliberately plain — high-output open burners, cast iron trivets, stainless steel front and sides, and a gastronorm-capable static oven — which keeps the price sensible without giving up the output a working kitchen needs. Supplied and serviced in Australia by Middleby Australia, and every Mercury appliance carries a 24 month parts and labour warranty.
