Middleby Marshall have led conveyor cooking since 1888, and their impingement ovens are the standard in pizza kitchens the world over. The range covers the WOW! and X-Series energy-saving conveyors, the Traditional Series gas and electric ovens, and the compact CTX infrared conveyors for sandwiches, subs and finishing work. A conveyor oven cooks to a set belt speed and temperature, so what comes out the far end is the same no matter who is on shift, and stacked configurations double the output without taking any more floor. Made in the USA and supplied in Australia by Middleby Australia with a 12 month parts and labour warranty.
