Wexiodisk

Warewashing built in Växjö, Sweden, and distributed in Australia by Moffat: the Wexiodisk range runs from undercounter and glass machines through hood and pass-through dishwashers to rack conveyor and flight-type lines, plus trolley washers, tray and cutlery machines, cutlery sorters and pre-rinse units. Hood machines such as the WD-6 are sized around 10 to 250 meals a service, are serviced entirely from the front and can be optioned with ECO-FLOW heat recovery so racks come out dry. Where pots and gastronorm are the bottleneck, the granule pot washers circulate small blue pellets along with the water and detergent to scour off baked-on residue without soaking first, then spin the load dry: the WD-90GR-FLEX clears 45 full-size gastronorm containers an hour on 3.5 to 5 litres a cycle. Built for production kitchens, institutional catering and hotel washrooms working through a long service rather than a bench-top cafe machine.
