Rancilio have built espresso machines and grinders at Villastanza di Parabiago in Italy since 1927, and the range splits three ways for a cafe fit-out. The Classe machines are the traditional side: one, two and three group bodies in brushed stainless steel with volumetric dosing, tall decks that take cups up to 145mm, and iSteam one-touch milk steaming on the Classe 7. Rancilio Specialty RS1 goes further for a shot-focused bar, with temperature profiling on each group and interchangeable stainless panels so the machine can be matched to the counter. Egro covers the opposite need entirely: fully automatic units that grind, tamp, extract and pour milk at one press, from roughly 150 cups a day on the Zero+ up to 250 on the Next, which suits offices, bakery counters and venues where nobody on shift is a trained barista. The Kryo 65 OD on-demand grinder, 64 mm flat burrs in a cooled grinding chamber, sits alongside them. Distributed in Australia by Moffat.
