Simcohood build commercial kitchen extraction — exhaust canopies, wall and island hoods, and ductless filtration systems. The SH series covers standard commercial kitchens and the SHA series is built for Asian cooking, where wok burners throw far more heat and grease at the canopy than a Western range does. Stainless steel throughout, with baffle filters that lift out for cleaning and integrated grease gutters and drains. The ductless hood systems carry their own filtration, so they suit a fitout with nowhere to run a duct. Available through Simco and covered by their two year parts and labour warranty.
