With its impressive 2.8kW of heating power, alongside its large 2x full size sheet pan capacity, the Turbofan E27T2 electric convection oven offers a step up in performance and utility in comparison to similar models. The addition of intuitive touch-screen functionality allows you to program and operate the oven easily, producing fantastically consistent results with the minimum of staff training or room for error. For safety the drop-down front door features intelligent venting, meaning the door is cool to touch - reducing the likelihood of burns and injury.
