The driver unloads at your kerb, loading bay or dock; anything over 20 kg arrives on a pallet. It does not include moving goods inside, or up or down stairs or ramps.
A priority service: the same goods, packed the same way, moving on the faster network. The estimate above runs from dispatch, not from checkout — and rural or remote addresses take longer than metro. Everything the standard service includes about where the driver leaves it applies here too.
Inside your premises, a set day or time, or pallet and rubbish removal. The price shown is an estimate for a ground-floor delivery with easy access — stairs, lifts, tight entries or other obstacles cost more. After you order we’ll email you for the access details, and the carrier confirms the price before dispatch.Only some items are priced online for this service; most are quoted, and this one is. The carrier prices premium case by case from your access details, usually a few hundred dollars more, and your order isn’t dispatched until that price is confirmed. Use Add to quote below and we’ll confirm a price.
Held at . Stock is confirmed with the warehouse once we place your order — the figures above are a weekly snapshot, so please don’t travel until we confirm. Collection is not same day: orders are usually ready the next business day. As soon as it’s confirmed we’ll email you the address and a booking link so you can choose your collection time.
Check the item will fit your vehicle. Larger units often need a trailer or a small truck.
What you pay is confirmed at checkout, and on larger items shipping is invoiced after your order. Please check the item fits through every entry point.

Product details
Keeping front-of-house food warm and attractively presented isn't always easy. Not so with the Apuro retractable heat lamp. Perfect for buffets and plating areas, the lamp effectively directs heat down onto food to keep it warm, appetising and nicely presented. The heat also helps to reduce food waste by extending the lifespan of dishes which would otherwise need to be thrown away if left to go cold.
The matte black design of the lamp is highly stylish, whilst also being a practical solution for many different sites. And as the lamps are retractable, it's easy to adjust the lamp to a combination of comfort and effective heat transfer. Once service is over, the light is simple to switch off to conserve power and reduce running costs.
Please note: requires professional installation. Heat bulbs sold separately.
