Product details
Ensure your chilled food and ingredients are stored right below your meal prep area by using this Polar U-Series counter fridge. It's a fantastic addition for any commercial kitchen that is short on space, with easy-to-reach refrigerated storage beneath a reliable stainless steel work surface.
Behind each of the four doors, you'll find a sturdy adjustable shelf that can be easily moved to accommodate food of all shapes and sizes. User-friendly controls with digital display ensure simple operation, while 50mm insulation and self-closing doors improve the already impressive chill recovery rate. Because it's built with such a heavy duty compressor, the fridge continues to excel even when ambient temperatures reach 43°C. Lockable castor wheels ensure the unit is equally easy to position or move too.
Polar U-Series is the pinnacle of the Polar kitchen refrigeration range, designed to reliably store your most valuable produce. Built to the highest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling - perfect for reducing food waste whilst conserving food taste. If you expect to access the unit very frequently, Polar U-Series refrigeration reliably keeps a consistently cool temperature, even in conditions up to 43°C.
