And thanks to 1/1GN compatibility, you can quickly swap out pans, transferring food directly into a blast chiller, combi oven or freezer without having to change containers.
The Polar is also impressively efficient, with advanced insulation and self-closing doors fitted as standard - both features which help to bring running costs down. Fan assisted cooling ensures temperatures are brought down quickly - even when the doors are being opened regularly - essential in busy pro kitchens. And at the end of a busy service, the strong stainless steel construction throughout and built-in castors ensure the fridge is effortless to clean.
