The driver unloads at your kerb, loading bay or dock; anything over 20 kg arrives on a pallet. It does not include moving goods inside, or up or down stairs or ramps.
A priority service: the same goods, packed the same way, moving on the faster network. The estimate above runs from dispatch, not from checkout — and rural or remote addresses take longer than metro. Everything the standard service includes about where the driver leaves it applies here too.
Inside your premises, a set day or time, or pallet and rubbish removal. The price shown is an estimate for a ground-floor delivery with easy access — stairs, lifts, tight entries or other obstacles cost more.Only some items are priced online for this service; most are quoted, and this one is. Held at . Stock is confirmed with the warehouse once we place your order — the figures above are a weekly snapshot, so please don’t travel until we confirm. Collection is not same day: orders are usually ready the next business day. As soon as it’s confirmed we’ll email you the address and a booking link so you can choose your collection time.
Check the item will fit your vehicle. Larger units often need a trailer or a small truck.
What you pay is confirmed at checkout, and on larger items shipping is invoiced after your order. Please check the item fits through every entry point.

When your order has been processed and payment received, it is usually dispatched within 1-3 business days (we are not open on weekends). Delivery times depend on your location and the warehouse the product ships from. We deliver Monday to Friday, during business hours only. Approximate delivery times once your order has been shipped from our warehouse or our supplier's warehouse:
- 2-5 business days for metro Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne
- 2-7 business days for Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Northern Rivers, Adelaide, Wollongong and Newcastle
- 5-10 business days for Perth and Hobart
- 5-14 business days for all other regions
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, from couriers and suppliers. Delays can occasionally happen when a supplier's warehouse is behind.
CRUCIAL: inspect your order on delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours. Claims for transit damage can only be lodged within the first 24 hours.
New products (excluding accessories and parts) carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated in the description. Warranty and service are handled by the brand's Australian supplier or manufacturer: our Warranty & Service page lists who to contact for each brand.
Please never return a product without contacting us first for approval. Read our returns policy before you order.
