The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-25-F is a self-contained cube ice machine with an integrated drain pump from the new-generation IM CUBE range. It makes up to 38kg of Hoshizaki's hard, slowly melting cubes every 24 hours and holds approx. 15kg in its bin.
The latest IM CUBE generation introduces a range of smart upgrades over the previous IM models. Enhancements include automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high grade stainless steel components, a magnetic DC pump motor with variable speed, and dedicated stand-by and wash buttons.

- Sustainable & Efficient: A variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor optimises water flow during each stage of ice production, improving energy and water efficiency. The use of R290 natural refrigerant, a standby function, and high-grade foamed insulation further reduces environmental impact and operating costs.
- Durable & Hygienic Construction: A closed water circuit protects the ice-making process from contamination, ensuring high hygiene standards. Internal components are made from food-grade stainless steel (AISI 430) for durability. An optional scoop holder kit supports safe and sanitary scoop storage.
- Advanced Technology: The smart variable-speed pump motor adjusts water flow throughout the cycle to help prevent chipped or cloudy ice cubes. The closed cell system forms each cube individually, producing clear, consistent ice.
- Smart & Long-Lasting Design: Features automated cleaning, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, and easily removable water tank and pump to simplify maintenance and extend machine life.
- Compact & Space-Saving: The built-in drain pump allows flexible installation with drainage up to 10 m horizontally and 1.5 m vertically, making it ideal for tight kitchen or bar spaces.
- Plug & Play Installation: A simple control panel allows easy adjustment of ice cube dimple size and convenient operation for quick setup and everyday use.
