A filter is required to keep the warranty valid, and it is what gives you clear, hard ice that melts slowly. The cartridge is replaced every 6 months.

Nugget ice is soft and chewable, cools drinks faster than standard cubes and gives better drink coverage — ideal for iced coffee, soft drinks, cold beverages and healthcare use.
The SN-369D is the high-capacity model: 166 kg of nugget ice per day with 7.5 kg storage, ideal for high-demand environments and busy operations. It runs on a standard 240V 10 A supply.
