The stainless-steel hopper, precision gear drive and energy efficient motor with cooling far allows you to mince commercial scale ingredients with no problems, making it ideal for even the busiest of businesses.
With a handy reverse function, you can grind coarse or fatty meats with ease. And the mincer comes equipped with two mincing discs, a 6mm and 8mm, so you can be sure to get the right sized cut meat that you need. This Apuro mincer is also supplied with three sausage stuffer nozzles and an adapter so you can make great, authentic butcher¿s style sausages.
