Fagor 600mm Ultrarapid Electric Salamander - SEQ-60-4
The Fagor Ultrarapid salamander is a fast-recovery commercial salamander grill for finishing, glazing and melting during service. It reaches max temperature in 20 seconds from ignition, or 5 seconds during operation, so it does not need to sit on full heat between dockets.
The SEQ-60-4 is the standard model, which can be run as single-phase. It measures 600 × 480 × 525 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 52 kg.
