Turbofan Combi Ovens
Combi cooking in a cabinet sized for a working line: the EC40 range runs convection to 260°C, steam to 130°C and combination modes in one oven, in five, seven and ten tray capacities that all take 1/1 GN pans or 600 x 400mm bakery trays at 70mm spacing. An auto-reverse fan keeps the top shelf cooking like the bottom one, and the double-glazed door is built from thermo-reflective tempered glass. Choose the control to match the crew: manual models use three electromechanical knobs for time, temperature and mode, a digital controller sits between the two, and the touch models carry a 7-inch colour LCD holding up to 15 automated cycles alongside Autoclima climate control, ECOVAPOR and ECOSPEED energy management, and LCS liquid cleaning from a built-in tank. At 777mm wide the five-tray oven fits kitchens where a full-size combi will not, so bakeries, cafes, pubs and aged-care kitchens can steam, roast and bake on one footprint.
