The Pass-Through ranges are double-sided pass-through refrigerated island counters, designed to sit in the middle of a kitchen rather than against a wall. Doors on both sides mean prep and plating staff working opposite each other can both reach the same stock without walking around the bench - the reason island counters exist, and the reason they cut steps out of a busy service.
