The Hoshizaki IM-240PE-23-F is a self-contained cube ice machine with an integrated drain pump from the new-generation IM CUBE range. It makes up to 165kg of Hoshizaki's hard, slowly melting cubes every 24 hours and holds approx. 110kg in its bin.
The latest IM CUBE generation introduces a range of smart upgrades over the previous IM models. Enhancements include automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high grade stainless steel components, a magnetic DC pump motor with variable speed, and dedicated stand-by and wash buttons.

Automated cleaning, food-grade stainless steel components (AISI 430), and an optional scoop holder kit support maximum hygiene and long-term durability.
- Advanced Technology: Smart water-flow control automatically adjusts throughout the ice-making cycle to produce clear, consistent cubes. Built-in cleaning notifications for the water circuit and condenser, along with an adjustable dimple size control panel, provide added precision and control.
