Commercial Wok Burners & Wok Ranges

87 products

A commercial wok burner puts out far more heat than a standard cooktop burner, so stir-fries, noodles and fried rice cook fast. This range covers gas wok burners and wok ranges, plus induction woks, from Waldorf, Goldstein, Gasmax, Jasper, Cobra, Blue Seal and Benchstar, from single wok units to 1800mm three wok ranges.

Choosing a wok burner

Chimney or duckbill burners. Gas wok ranges come with chimney or duckbill burners, and some Cobra ranges mix both on one bench, so a kitchen can set up each wok hole for the way it cooks.

Waterless woks. Gasmax and Cobra waterless wok ranges do not need a constant flow of water across the top to stay cool, which saves water compared with a traditional water-cooled wok table.

Gas or induction. Induction woks from Waldorf, Blue Seal and IWOK heat the pan directly and keep the kitchen cooler. Waldorf models come in 3.5kW single phase and 5kW three phase versions, on a bench model, cabinet base or leg stand.

LPG or natural gas. Gas models are made for either LPG or natural gas, so check the gas supply before ordering.
