Commercial Stick Blenders

53 products

A commercial stick blender, also called an immersion blender, hand blender or power mixer, blends soups, sauces and purees straight in the pot, so nothing has to be ladled into a jug blender in batches. This range covers stick blenders from Robot Coupe, Sammic, Dito Sama, Hamilton Beach, Yasaki and Apuro, from compact models for small batches to heavy-duty units rated for up to 290 litres.

Choosing a stick blender

Match the shaft to the pot. The longer the shaft, the deeper the pot it can reach. Shafts here run from around 200mm for small batches to 650mm for large stock pots and kettles, and most makers quote the batch size each model suits in litres.

Variable speed. Variable speed models, such as the Robot Coupe VV range, can start slowly to keep hot liquid in the pot and then build up speed for a smooth finish.

Combi models. Combi models, such as the Robot Coupe Power Mixer Combi and the Sammic liquidiser and beater units, add a whisk so the same motor can whip cream, egg whites and batters.
