Acai machines let an acai bar, smoothie bar or cafe serve frozen acai the way a soft serve machine serves ice cream: poured from the tap, cup after cup. The Brullen range covers single flavour countertop machines through to two flavour plus twist floor standing models at up to 1,400 serves per hour, with gravity feed or air pump mix feeding and a pasteurise option on most models.
