Where's my order? How delivery and tracking work
What happens after you order: when it's dispatched, when tracking arrives, typical delivery times, and what to check when it lands.
New equipment is a big spend, and the best way to pay depends on your cash flow and how long you plan to keep it. Here's a plain guide to the ways you can pay at Commercial Equipment Online, who each one suits and where to apply.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay by EFT bank transfer (direct deposit): once your order is received, we'll send you an invoice with our bank account details. Please use the invoice number as your payment reference.
Stock can't be reserved until an order is paid for and finalised, and orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days once processed and paid. Paying upfront suits you if you want to own the equipment outright from day one. Every option is listed on our Payment Details page.
Rent-Try-Buy is a 12-month rental agreement that lets you try equipment in your business before you buy it. During the 12 months you can upgrade to a bigger, better model at any time, or buy the equipment and receive a rebate on the rental payments made to date.
After the minimum 12-month term, you can keep the option to upgrade or purchase, return the equipment, keep renting at a reduced rate, or work towards ownership over time with SilverChef's Easy Own product.
Product pages show a guide to the weekly rent with SilverChef. It's a guide only: SilverChef confirms your rental when you apply.
Suits you if you want to try equipment before committing, or you may want a bigger model later.
For equipment of $10,000 and over, Lease-to-Keep spreads the cost into monthly lease payments over four years. At the end of the term the equipment is yours, subject to compliance with terms and conditions.
Suits you if you're making a larger purchase, you know what you want and you plan to keep it.
SilverChef offers instant approval for up to $65,000, and will also approve higher amounts subject to satisfactory additional checks. Have your photo ID, ABN and proof of business address ready. You can select SilverChef at checkout and pay nothing now, or apply first from our SilverChef page. That page also links to SilverChef's range of pre-owned commercial kitchen equipment.
SKOPE Funding is a SKOPE finance plan for SKOPE refrigeration: fridges and freezers for storage, display and food preparation, as well as ice makers and blast chillers. SKOPE advertises affordable monthly payments from just $3 a day. Its Own Me ownership plan offers:
On SKOPE products from $2,000, the product page shows the SKOPE Finance lease price per day. SKOPE Funding is for SKOPE refrigeration orders only: select it at checkout, or apply from our SKOPE Funding page. You can browse the full SKOPE range on our site.
Suits you if you're buying SKOPE refrigeration and want service and extended warranty built into the plan.
Zip has two options: ZipPay for smaller purchases and ZipMoney for larger ones, each with its own credit limit and fees. Zip sets those terms and can change them, so check Zip's website for the current ones before you apply. If you cancel or return an order paid with ZipPay, the merchant fees aren't reimbursed. Our Zip page has more.
Suits you if you'd like to pay off a smaller purchase over time.
This is general information, not financial advice. Read each provider's terms before you apply, and talk to your accountant if you're unsure which suits your business.
