The Winterhalter UF-L is the tall machine in the UF utensil range, with 800 mm of clear entry height on the same footprint as the UF-M, so large-format baking trays wash alongside pots, pans and Euronorm crates.

- A soaking programme is fitted as standard, which takes the manual work out of pre-washing
- TurboZyme soaking process with crust cracker
- Wash pressure up to 1 bar, with VarioPower adjustment and a soft start for the wash pump
- Special programmes for soaking, short, intensive, basic cleaning and machine descaling
- Software versions for baker, butcher and universal use
- UF-L Energy: Adds heat recovery, which cuts energy use and keeps the room cooler and drier. It stands 2,070 mm tall against the standard UF-L's 1,880 mm.
