The Winterhalter UF-XL is the widest machine in the UF utensil range, with a 1,305 mm wash chamber that takes three Euronorm crates in a cycle, or six with the intermediate floor fitted, as well as large and bulky equipment.

- UF-XL Energy: Adds heat recovery, which cuts energy use and keeps the room cooler and drier. It stands 2,079 mm tall against the standard UF-XL's 1,880 mm.
