Operation is effortless. Simply wheel the buffet bar to the required location, set the temperature using the digital controls and load the gastronorms - with space for up to four 1/1GN pans, this high-capacity design ensures your customers will never be short of choice.
A robust steel construction makes the Polar G-Series buffet bar easy to keep clean, while the top gantry incorporates a glass sneeze screen for extra coverage to increase food hygiene levels. Beneath the refrigerated display, the unit offers a generous amount of ambient storage for plates, cutlery, condiments or toppings.
