A high quality, heavy duty natural gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens, featuring flame failure protection and independent cooking zones for safe, reliable operation and excellent heat control. Powered by three 32.5MJ/hr stainless steel burners and a 20mm thick griddle plate, it delivers excellent heat retention and even distribution to improve cooking times. The freestanding stainless steel construction and removable waste tray make it durable, easy to clean, and well suited to restaurants, cafés, and takeaways.
