Cook up all your fried favourites with the 8L Apuro countertop fryer. Designed for everyday performance and reliability, the fryer makes it easy to get the results you're looking for - whether that's traditional chips, seafood or desserts.
The Apuro fryer is fitted with a powerful 2.9kW element, giving you the flexibility to cook large volumes whilst also recovering temperature quickly when filled with frozen foods. Temperature is controlled via the simple top-mounted dial thermostat, and thanks to the included digital timer and alarm, you can ensure consistent cooking every time.
Once you're done for the day, the whole fryer is easy to clean and maintain. The front-mounted drain tap makes the process even easier - there's no need for lifting heavy pans of oil - simply put a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pan maximises the oil drained away, leaving it ready for cleaning and refilling. And when the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lid helps to protect the oil until the next cook.
