Whether you're roasting meats or cooking pies, the EC40M5 offers hugely impressive capability and capacity, with 7kW of cooking power and up to five full size (1/1) Gastronorm pans per load. The oven is also simple to clean, thanks to rounded internal edges and the handy external handshower.
