AG Equipment’s latest Saladette refrigerator is just what you need for your cafe, sandwich shop, restaurant, or commercial kitchen. Made from stainless steel, it has three self-closing doors to keep your produce fresh, ten 1/3 GN trays and an extra wide 40cm stainless steel preparation bench area. The unit also includes two closable lids to improve efficiency when you are not serving. The Saladette fridge comes complete with caster wheels for easy manoeuvrability.
R290 Refrigerant is non-toxic, natural, and free of ozone-depleting properties. R290 is one of the most climate-friendly and cost-effective refrigerants available. Fridges and Freezers using this refrigerant are more efficient and can reduce your overall energy costs by up to 28%.
The X-series is designed with dual fans, located at the front and side of the unit. This frees the rear ventilation space, allowing you to position these models to flush against the back wall. All you are required for ventilation is to provide 150mm at the side and the front clear from obstructions.
